The Baptist Convention of Ontario and Quebec is a family of 365 churches in Ontario and Quebec, united for mutual support and encouragement and united in missions in Canada and the world.
The Convention was formally organized in 1888. Its one educational institution—McMaster Divinity College was founded in 1887. The Convention works through the all-Canada missionary agency, Canadian Baptist Ministries. The churches also support the Sharing Way, the relief and development arm of Canadian Baptist Ministries.
